The main emphasis of our consulting activities is placed on actively supporting our customers in terms of project control. These comprise the following areas of expertise:

• Conception of a project plan (approach and activity planning)
• Project controlling
• Process presentation
• Quality assurance
• Acceptance/ Change requests

According to our experience great importance is attached to the reconcilation and presentation process with regard to different stakeholders (e.g. accomodation facilities, political boards) since their consciousness for upcoming changes needs to be raised and if applicable difficulties need to be overcome.
